Reckitt Benckiser India has filed a petition against Patanjali in the Delhi High Court, that his toilet cleaner 'Green Flash' is like his Harpic. The next hearing on this matter will now be on January 11, 2018.
Reckitt Benckiser India has filed this case in the court of Single Judge Justice Manmahan in the Delhi High Court. The company has said in the case that Patanjali has made his toilet cleaner green flash exactly as it is a harpic. The packing and pattern of the green flash is exactly the same as its product. Reckitt Benckiser India has said that he has 80 percent stake in the toilet cleaner market. But Baba Ramdev's product similar to Patanjali can harm his company's Harpic.
