              On July 9, 1945, three days after the nuclear attack on Japan's Hiroshima, the US dropped the second bomb on Nagasaki. About 90 thousand people died in this. But, did you know that Nagasaki was not the target of America, the second Japanese city was Kokura?



On the basis of the pilot's statement involved in the attack, it is said that due to bad weather, the US defied the attack on Kokura. Pilot had told that there was enough smoke in the skies of the city of Kokura. He did not see the airway nor the land.

After the claim by the former factory worker of Kokura city factory, there was a new turn in this case

- The laborer named Santu Miyashiro claimed that his colleagues saved the Konkura from nuclear attack 69 years ago.



- In an interview to Japanese newspaper Manachi Shimbun, 85-year-old Miyashiro claimed that his comrades smacked from the factory so much that the American planes had to change their direction.
