ये है लंदन की सड़कों के नीचे छुपी हुई दुनिया, हाेते हैं ऐसे रोमांचक नजारे

You may be surprised to know that a separate Secret World works under the ground in Modern London. There is a war bunker built for former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, a Victoria street road, a 19th century sewage system, and a tunnel for pedestrians within the Thames River.

Apart from this there is also a railway system, where trains have been running for more than 75 years to carry mails. Now this mail rail track has been opened for general public. For the first time people are beginning to be confused with this mystery, which has been working under their feet for so many years

This Mail Rail System was discontinued in 2003, because in the days of email and SMS, the number of letters reduced considerably.

- For the first 75 years, the system has been working 22 hours a day. On this railway line, small, electric trains operated without driver, which were loaded with letters and sent from one station to another.

Construction of this railway system began in 1914 and started to work in 1927. This arrangement was made so that the letters could be delivered quickly. A total of 15 trains ran on different routes of this railway system.

-The railway system, which was about 75 feet below land, was allowed to reach only 200 people, including engineers, postal staff and mentoring fitter.

-The system was set up to facilitate the general public by the order of the British Parliament. Therefore, 3 employees were deployed for its maintenance and safety even after the operation of the trains was stopped.
