 Ram Tirath Mishra is a resident of Mishra village, 20 km from Sultanpur district headquarters of UP. His father, Ram Azhor Mishra used to operate a driver's job in Calcutta in British rule.

In 1978, Ram Tirath was with Shashi Kapoor. These were both their guard and driver. He says, 7 years ago (2010) I had returned to my village.
