PS Sachin Tendulkar is the icon of police department officers and staff in fitness matters. These days he is posted as SP Ujjain. Sachin became an IPS at the age of 22 only. Let them know that they even exercise their fitness in regular scheduling, and they also do yoga exercises. They always inspire others to stay fit.
IPS Sachin follows this routine plan for 7 days for his fitness and accordingly he exercises.
1 day - Exercise chests and triceps.
2 day - Exercise back and tricep.
3 day - Some of the cardio also include exercise.
4 day - Stretching and relaxing for leggs.
5 day- Do some cardio exercises.
6 day- Give some time to the most part of your body this day.
7 day- Do nothing on this day, give relief to mind and body.
