                Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) chairman Prajayaj Nihalani has been removed from the post by the central government. Instead, the commander of the board has been given the songwriter Prasoon Joshi.

Nihalani became the chairman of the board in January 2015 and he has been in dispute regarding flying cuts in films such as Punjab, Lipstick Under My Burqa, Indu Sarkar and Babu Moshe Bondukhaba.



After being discharged from the censor board, Piyaz Nihalani is trolling on social media. Facebook and Twitter users are making sharp and funny comments about them.
