In this regard, he complained to the National Commission for Child and Central Women and Child Development Maneka Gandhi. Taking the matter seriously, the Commission has issued notice while taking cognizance.



-Yog has sought the inquiry report from the Central Women and Child Development Secretary.

Maneka Gandhi has also instructed to take necessary action against the officer who violates the JJ Act.

This is the first case of the country in which the Commission has issued a notice against the law that violates the JJ Act. In fact, the matter is still pending in the court in relation to the child.
