          Mumbai-based woman photographer Deepti Asthana has tried to show the lives of rural women in India through photo series.

Deepti said, 'He is a self-employed photographer and he had a passion for photography from a young age'. Therefore, when he started engineering studies, he decided to make his career in photography. For the beginning of photography, he decided to work on a social issue and named his Long Term Project "Woman of India".



The purpose of the project is to remove the problem of women



Regarding his project, Deepti says that this is my personal project. For this I have selected Indian countryside. In fact, they believe that the situation of women in India is quite pitiable. Especially in rural areas where most women are victims of suppression.



Dipti believes that she will try to change her condition through her project. He said that when he talked about the condition of the rural women about their condition, they found a very disappointing answer. He said that due to the pressure of family and society, the condition of most women is very bad.
