The time of the funeral is such that where women go strictly under Hindu rituals, often after the funeral, the whole house is cleaned, so that no negative power can remain in the house.

 Therefore, women are prevented at home for cleaning and cooking the house.

 1. No one can stop crying of herself after her death, and in such a case, the crying of a woman on the cremation ground means that the soul does not get peace with the deceased. That is why it is not included. 

2. According to the Hindu custom, the one who goes to perform the funeral has to be bald; baldness does not favor women and girls, so women can not be taken to the funeral.

 3. They can not see bleeding, burning and horrific scenes Women are soft heart, hence women are not taken during the funeral. 

4. Women are kept in the house for cleaning and other work in the house, as well as women living in the house worship the soul for peace. Everywhere the house is cleaned after the funeral. That is why the negative power can not stay in the house.
