The BCCI has decided to change the playoffs and final time of the recently concluded Indian Premier League (IPL). Unlike the league steps, the match will now start from 7 o'clock instead of 8 o'clock. A similar proposal was presented by the official broadcaster for the entire tournament.
Rajeev Shukla has said that IPL is due to its fans and after years of tournament, it has been seen on the field and on the television of the house to a great extent. Therefore, keeping in mind the interest of fans, it was decided that playoff games and finals will start one hour earlier. So, instead of starting at 8 o'clock, the game will start at 7 o'clock.
Not only is it difficult for the people of the stadium, but it also becomes difficult for those watching on television because students and office-passengers also need to know in their respective places in the morning.
