ब्रिटेन कोर्ट ने माल्या को माना 'भगोड़ा', और फिर...

Industrialist Vijay Mallya has now been termed as a 'runaway from law' by a UK court. Now the problems of fraud and money laundering trapped Mallya can increase in India. Given the reason behind this, British court judge Andrew Hanshaw said that Mallya is constantly opposed to returning to India. This is the basis for Vijay Mallya being termed as a "runaway from the law". A group of 13 banks of India had filed a case here for recovery of more than $ 1.55 billion (Rs 10 thousand crore) from Mallya. Mallya had lost this case a day earlier. The court had allowed the banks to recover the loan amount from Mallya. Mhala has already been declared Bhagwada from India.

Judge Henshoe also dismissed Mallya's petition on Tuesday, in which she had pledged to withdraw the order to freeze its property spread across the world.- Judge Henshaw approved Mallya's appeal against his decision. Also refused. This means that lawyers of Mallya will now have to file a petition directly in the Court of Appeal.

- According to the law firm TLT introduced by the lenders, the court's decision has approved their clients' immediate implementation of the decision of the Indian Debt Recovery Tribunal.
