IPL 2018: आईपीएल में DRS के बाद अब एक और नियम जुड़ा, DRS की वजह से बदलना ...

During the IPL 2018, the umpire will use the new signal for the strategic time-out sessions. The BCCI announced it in the two-day workshop for IPL umpires. Since there is a "T" signal in the review system (DRS) for the first time used in IPL, now the signal of the strategic timeout has to be changed, thus the umpire will now have to change the strategy time-out Point to the wrist.

For each team during the shift, the time-out session will last from two to one and a half minutes. While the bowling team can sixth and in the ninth over, ask for it, the batting team, between 13 to 16 overs, can call it time. During a match it can be taken four times, strategic time out.

It is mentioned in a report of The Times of India that, along with four referees, who participated in the session, there were also 15 Indian umpires. Most Indian umpires have no experience in dealing with the DRS.
