The death of 54-year-old Sridevi, 13 days has passed. But still, it is difficult to believe that they are no longer among us. Director-producer Mahesh Bhatt, who has now shared an episode of his film 'Gumrahah', is in the shoot while shooting. On February 24, 2018, Sridevi died due to drowning in only 1.5 feet deep bath. The same Sridevi was under water for several hours while shooting a film 'Guumrah' in 1993, despite fever.
Mahesh said, "During the shooting of the film 'Gumrah', there was a demand for a water sequence with Sridevi. I came to know that he had a fever, so we decided to postpone the shoot.
- "I requested Sridevi to go to their room and request that their condition is very bad, so we will start till the shooting, when they will be all right. But when Sridevi rejects my proposal, I remain surprised.
Mahesh Bhatt further said, "Sridevi had a fever, but she stayed in the water for several hours for the shoot. She was so professional that she did not say a word at that time. I salute her spirit.
