Complainant Tabrez Mehboob Nagarali said that he had ordered the iPhone 8 on its shopping portal and for this, he paid a total of 55,000 rupees. He charged that on January 22, a packet was delivered to his house at Panvel near Navi Mumbai, out of which a detergent bar was replaced in place of the mobile phone.
