The first railway corridor in Asia will start in the new year. Its length is 1520 km. 96 km of Delhi-Mumbai Freight Corridor will pass through Sikar. With this track, the state government (DMIC) is going to develop the Delhi-Mumbai industrial corridor. DMIC claims that 50,000 people will get jobs from the corridor. Small factories will be developed. From where goods will be prepared and transported from Delhi to Mumbai via nearby container depot. This will be a double container track. This will increase the speed of freight trains five times to 125 km per hour. 9 states will join the corridor.
- From Rewari to Iqbalgarh of Gujarat, work is being done to track the tracks in Via Rings, Neemkathana, Shrimadhopur. Dabla, Bhagegaon, Shrimadhopur and Rings Crossing station will be built. There will be arrangements for keeping railway coach in Pakal Malikpur.
