Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth said on Sunday that he will form a political party who will make 'spiritual politics'. Rajinikanth said that the party will contest elections from all the 234 constituencies of the state in the next assembly elections. In a meeting, Rajinikanth said that due to shortage of time the local body will not contest elections. Between his enthusiastic fans, the superstar said that his time of entry into politics is needed. The next assembly elections in Tamil Nadu are to be held in 2021.
He said that the decision to participate in the 2019 parliamentary elections will be decided at the right time. Rajinikanth urged his fans not to talk about politics or other parties until the formation of his political party. He said that his first task was to register his many unregistered fan clubs with the parent body. Rajinikanth said that he is not coming to power in politics. He said that at the age of 45 he was not interested in his political power and now at 68, no one can say that he wants power
