Young Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant celebrated his 20th Birthday (October 4, 1997) on October 4. Rishabh has been given the captaincy of the India-A team for the last two ODIs of the series on the New Zealand-A tour. At age 19, he was compared to MS Dhoni, one of India's best wicketkeepers. Like Dhoni, Rishabh is also a wicketkeeper-batsman, but despite the tremendous hype, his international career is just 2 matches.
Rishabh Pant had come to Limelight after the spectacular performance in the 9th season of IPL. Then he scored 198 in 10 matches with a strike rate of more than 130.
His best score was 69. This was their IPL debut. He played for Delhi Daredevils team
