Indian cricketer Kuldeep Yadav has recently done a great hat-trick in the second ODI in Kolkata against Australia. He became the third bowler of India to do so. India's only Bangladeshi batsman Kuldeep plays in domestic cricket from the U.P. while he plays with the Kolkata Knight Riders team in the IPL. Kuldeep had earlier done a hat-trick in the Under-19 World Cup too.
Kuldeep had told during an interview that when he was rejoined in the Under-15 State Trials, he started thinking of leaving cricket.
According to Kuldeep, "I was quite disappointed when the selection was not there and at that time I felt like nothing left for me in this game."
After this, Kuldeep was told by his father and sister a lot, then Kuldeep continued to play cricket.
In the initial round, Kuldeep's biggest success was to be a selection for the 2014 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup.
- In the Under-19 World Cup, he scored a hat-trick against Scotland. He was the first Indian to do this under the Under-19 World Cup.
Wasim Akram was impressed by his performance. After which he had bought him for KKR in the IPL Auction.
