कोर्ट में बुर्का पहन पहुंची राखी सावंत, इस शर्त पर हुई उनकी जमानत

In the case of hurting religious sentiments, wearing a Rakhi Sawant burqa on Veerwar, judicial magistrate Jagat Gupta was presented for bail. While granting his bail, the court has ordered to give two surety bonds of one lakh rupees. Also, one of the two sureties also kept the condition of being a local.

Rakhi Sawant pleaded not to administer the local bail. The judge left him with a surety bond and his personal bond on condition that he had reached the court on 7th July with the order of the second local bail. If not done, their Bell will be canceled.

None of the local advocates or complainants of Rakhi Sawant who appeared in the hidden hiding court got the news. Rakhi was present in the court with three-four bouncers and his advocate and after the bail application was approved, he left silently. One of two of them has been granted bail by a person named Sushil Kumar.

While the other local bail, they will arrive in court today. The complainant lodged in the local court under the Criminal Complaints section 295 and 295A. Both streams are non-bailable. Taking cognizance of the court, Rakhi was summoned in section 298 of the IPC. Which is a bailable offense.
