सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दिलीप कुमार को 20 करोड़ देने का आदेश दिया

Supreme Court ordered yesterday (30 August) Bollywood veteran actor Dilip Kumar to pay a stamp of Rs 20 crore to the real estate company in Mumbai's property case. Actually, he had contracted his 2412 square yard property with Bandra-based Prajita Developers Pvt. In the year 2006. Later Dilip wanted the plot back ...

When the dispute arose, then the construction was not started there. Due to this, Dilip wanted his plot back, but the firm had possession of it.

According to the Supreme Court decision, Dilip Kumar will have to give him 20 crores first to get the property of the property.

A bench headed by Justice J Chelameswar has ordered Dilip Kumar to deposit all the money through demand draft and inform the firm within four weeks. At the same time, Prajita Developers will also have to remove their security from that plot within a week of getting this amount.

Let us know that for a decade the case was under consideration in the court. When the builder did not start any work according to the contract on this land of Mumbai's prime location, Dilip Kumar objected to it and sought his land back, which is now occupied by the builder.
