ED ने भेजा शाहरुख को नोटिस, 73 करोड़ की फॉरेन करंसी के नुकसान का आरोप

               Enforcement Directorate (ED) has FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) issued summons to Shah Rukh Khan in a case of IPL T20 connected. According to officials, the loss of foreign currency of Rs 73.6 crore was due to this.



The officers also told that Shahrukh has been asked to appear before the Authority on August 23

- In this case, the hearing agency is the officer's special director level officer. The Authority has issued notices to the accused so that they are involved in the hearing of the case.



If they are found guilty, they can be fined three times the actual loss.



According to the officials, the notice has been issued to some others in the case. The ED had issued show cause notices in the case related to FEMA in March.



- CBI Shah Rukh, his wife Gauri, Juhi Chawla and Knight Riders Sports Praivej Limited (KRSPL) had issued a notice to show Cause. KRSPL is the owner of the IPL's Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) team.
