              Archaeologists have found hundreds of skulls during excavations in Mexico City. These skulls were stuck in the shape of a tower in the ground. The place where these skulls have been found is called Templo Mayer.

These skulls were installed in the shape of a tower. They were frozen by the addition of lime.

It is believed that these are part of the Huey Tzompontli, which was used in thousands of skulled structures in any age. It was made to scare enemies and criminals.
