- A person named Rodrigo Franco was arrested on a charge of smuggling on Thursday in a court of Los Angeles, United States. This is a unique case of smuggling, in which the poisonous King Cobra was being filled in cans of potato chips. It is being sued for smuggling of wild wild animals.

This is the case of March when the Custom and Border Protection Officers had recovered Cobra. There were also 3 albino turtles with soft shell in the package that came from Hong Kong.

Officers seized the three King Cobra and delivered to Turtle Rodriguez at Monteri Park, California.

- Later the officers searched in that house, so many species of turtles, gharials and crocodiles were found there. Officials say that all these creatures fall under the category of protected organisms like American laws, which is a crime to sell and buy at home.

When Rodrigues was searched in the phone, he got many messages of conversation between him and the Asia-based agent. Among them, Rodriguez spoke of sending turtles and snakes.

-If it was proven in his court, he could get a 20-year sentence according to American laws.
