The question is whether the first need of travelers is food or technology. Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu said in a program on Friday that in the last three years as Ministry of Railways supervision and modernization, the Ministry has started several initiatives like Railcloud server and Rail Charioteer app and now Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution Is working on But the big thing is that no talks are being done on the improvement of bad food. 

While in the CAG report it is written that the food contractors in the Railways compromise the quality of food and cleanly. Even after being convicted, the Railways do not take any action against them. The Joint Team of CAG and Railways has prepared this report after visiting 74 stations and 80 trains.
