              Gabbar's bat is also speaking very well in the West Indies after the Champions Trophy showcased its batting in 2017. Shikhar Dhawan has played an important role in the one-day match against the West Indies, though he missed the century.

Shikhar Dhawan played an impressive innings in the first match of the five-match series against the West Indies, though he missed the 11th century of his ODI career. Dhawan scored 87 runs off 92 balls. In his innings, he scored 8 boundaries and two sixes. They stabbed a ball from spinner Devendra Bishoo and lbw was out. 

Although he used the DRS but the decision was not in his favor. In the first ODI, Dhawan has made a century partnership for the first wicket with Rahane and gave the team a strong start. Rahane and Dhawan shared a 132-run partnership for the first wicket. 

This was the third opening century partnership for India in the West Indies. Amazingly, these three partnerships have happened in Queen's Park Oval. Shikhar Dhawan has played a total of 82 ODIs in his career so far, in which his total is 3515 runs.
