But even after so many years of independence, many villages of Rajasthan are such that there is a lack of basic amenities till date. The decrepit which was coming from the time of the King-Kings. He is still alive today. Kota's Khanpuria village is still in the same condition as it was before independence. Like many villages in Rajasthan, this village also has a big problem. 

There is no marriage in the village because of lack of amenities. Here the young people crave for marriage. Because the way to reach the village is rugged. Nor is there water and electricity in this village. Because of this, no one wants to give a bride to this village.
